Mentorship was a large part of my journey, my goal is to pay it forward to the next generation of coaches.

I am very grateful for my internship experience at ATI. I learned a plethora of knowledge that will put me ahead in my college courses and career in sports performance. Along with this, I was able to create great connections with many different professionals in the sports medicine and sport performance fields. Thank you, Thomas!

Thomas and company guided me to new ways of thinking, questioning and applying knowledge. Answering open-ended questions by using equipment, resources, and the other smart interns I was able to grow my knowledge and communication skills. Due to this growth-oriented environment I was always excited to come in everyday and adapt from mistakes, and find missing info. Nowhere else could’ve been a better place to passionately start my journey than at ATI.

My summer internship at ATI was an incredible experience, not only did I grow immensely as a coach but also as a person. Thomas is big on open-ended questions and getting you actually to think, which is challenging but inevitably helped me learn a lot. The environment at ATI cultivated growth, and the other interns and I had opportunities to learn and ask questions from all the coaches there. I greatly enjoyed learning about everyone's unique coaching styles and specializations. I am incredibly thankful to Thomas for this experience, and it is helping me jumpstart my career!
