1:1 COACHING

My goal is to create a safe environment based on communication, respect, and structure. Exercise selection is designed to create adaptation to tissues, movement strategies, and energy systems. Many clients have dealt with the physical and psychological side effects of injury, 1:1 training provides a setting where we can problem-solve and dive deep into the nuances of training and your body.


ATHLETE QUARTERLY CHECK-IN

An opportunity for athlete and coach to collaborate on short and long-term goals, collect kinetic and kinematic data, program individualized health-based movements, and discuss current cognitive performance obstacles.


ADULT SMALL GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

2-4 person groups that incorporate mobility, strength, power, balance, and energy systems training. I utilize the Teambuildr appto program blocks of training that cater to specific goals.


SPEED - STRENGTH - CONDITIONING GROUPS

Athletic performance training programmed to help individuals become durable, explosive, strong, and metabolically capable of performing their sport at their highest level. Mental performances, nutrition, and recovery strategies are integrated to help athletes navigate the world of competitive sports.


Team Training Groups

Full-team trainings generally center around specific topics such as effective warm-ups, speed/agility, nutrition & recovery, or strength training specific to a particular sport.
